A worked Forward Deployed scenario

Messy in. Structured out.

A parser turns any message into a structured row, scores every field, and flags only the doubtful ones for a human. One engine; two adapters. The workflows are real — learned from two operators with 35+ years inside a national installer, and from three summers I worked in its branches. The engagement is the imagined part: no client hired me, and the demo plays back pre-written results, not live AI.

Text in → row out

Email, voicemail, or text → one structured row

Pick an input. Cleaner messages clear the bar and auto-write; messy ones flag the weak fields for a scheduler. The customer never sees this.

Paper in → records out

Acquired paper → the integration team's morning view

Scanned overnight, read by a vision model. Clean records auto-write; low-confidence or conflicting ones wait for review. Typed-vs-handwritten conflicts are surfaced, never guessed.
